Formerly known as the Lawton Community Center, The Old Winery is a large-capacity venue with historical charm, solid temperature controls, and a million options for environmental portraits. This is just the tiniest peek into the fun that Brooke and Brandon set up for their wedding day!

Because it was so hot outside, we started with a few “safety portraits” inside. The outside is lovely, but the inside is air-conditioned, and we don’t want to melt in the sun before we walk down the aisle! Not to worry! The window light and antique stone walls are perfect for indoor portraiture.

And next, the ceremony! The little one is the bridal couple’s baby. It’s so sweet that he gets to be a part of these moments. Cutest Ring Bearer ever! (Though, of course, he didn’t actually have the rings.)

In the reception area, the golden fairy lights make everything so cozy. Even though this was an August wedding, it’s worth mentioning that The Old Winery is a fabulous place for winter events. It’s never drafty. Always cool in summer or warm in winter.

Finally, the sun was gentle enough to go outside for awhile. We had the prettiest golden light near the train tracks.

The guys had cuban cigars, and there is a perfect little porch area just off the bar where they could sit and smoke and talk. I highly recommend enjoying your wedding in the way that suits you best. You don’t have to dance the night away if that’s not your vibe.

But as for dancing, there was plenty of that too! Along with a fun sparkler exit and the most epic night champagne pop I have ever seen!

Just a tiny bit of video too, for fun!
