There’s nothing like spring weddings for fresh air and fun! Alison’s wedding was a springtime dream, with a lovely traditional church ceremony and glorious touches like sunny sunflowers paired with the royalest of colors – purple! Their happy day started at home, and the nuptials took place at the First Congregational Church of Saugatuck, MI. We did fun bridal party pictures right on the tiny hill next to the church, and then hopped over to Laketown Golf and Conference Center for a fabulous reception and dance party fun!
VENDORS
Photography: Angela Mohney of Almost Fantasy with 2nd professional photographer Emily Betcher of Faithful Photography (Emily is wonderful! Her business is aptly named, as she is a sincere, kind, faithful professional with a level head, a quiet demeanor and an open heart. Plus – her photos are perfectly stunning!)
Videography: Zac Mohney of Almost Fantasy with 2nd professional filmist Michael McIntosh of McIntosh Media (Michael has a casual style that locks into laser focus when eye candy is around. His specialty is grabbing all the pretty things, while Zac’s focus is on family moments and human dynamics. One introvert and one extrovert! Fun!)
Flowers: Picket Fence Designs out of Holland, MI. (Seriously, sunflowers are SO hard! If you didn’t know, and you’re a bride longing to use them, sunflowers are frightfully delicate. Without proper handling, the petals will fall at the slightest provocation. I knew in an instant that this is a floral business to trust simply because these sunflowers arrived in perfect condition and STAYED perfect all day long. No one but an expert could have treated these so well. Great job, guys!)
